"Support helped, but they took their time"
Tech support did end up helping me fix the issue, so I’ll give them that. But the replies were slower than they should’ve been, and that part’s kind of on them. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, just wish they were a bit quicker getting back to me

I ordered a KVM extender from blackbox.com because I was trying to connect some older monitors with newer PCs, and I wasn’t totally sure everything would play nicely together.
The product page laid things out clearly enough that I could check the ports and cables before buying, which I really appreciated. It’s just decent to give people the info they need instead of making them guess or buy extra stuff they don’t need.

It’s been running for a few weeks now with no strange issues. Always nice when a piece of gear simply fits into the setup and does what it’s supposed to do...

The tech team definitely knew what they were doing and helped me figure things out, which I appreciated. But the replies took a lot longer than I expected, and it made the whole process frustrating. i was kind of hoping for at least an apology for the delays

Overall, the hardware has been okay and did its job for a while, so I’m not totally disappointed. But after a few months, one of the ports started getting loose, which was a little frustrating. It’s not a bad product, I just really wish it felt more durable

I had an okay experience with Blackbox.com. The site was easy enough to use and I did find what I was looking for, so no real complaints there. Some of the prices seemed fair, but a few made me wonder if they might be a little marked up compared to other places, though I didn’t dig too deeply into it. Overall, it’s not a bad option, but I wouldn’t say it felt like an amazing deal either.

I had to wait a few days for my refund, which made me a bit nervous because I really didn’t want to be out that money. Support did get back to me though and eventually sorted it out. It wasn’t the smoothest experience, but in the end I got my refund, so I’d say it was fair enough overall

The product itself was totally fine, but the shipping cost really caught me off guard. Not saying it’s a scam, but it felt way too high for what I ordered and kind of ruined the whole deal for me. I might consider buying again if they offer better shipping options, but right now it’s hard to justify.

I liked that blackbox.com gave me plenty of ways to set things up the way I wanted without making the whole process feel overwhelming. The custom options were easy to find and adjust, which made a big difference.
It did take me a little while to figure out the exact setup I wanted, and there was a small hiccup along the way where I expected at least a quick apology. Still, everything worked out in the end, and overall I’m happy with it

"Account stuff was more frustrating than I expected"
I’ll be honest, the account management side was a bit of a headache. I might be forgetting a few of the smoother moments, but what sticks with me is waiting longer than expected for updates and having to follow up just to get basic answers. It wasn’t a total disaster, and I’m sure there were a couple of helpful replies in there, but overall it felt like nobody really took ownership of the issue. For blackbox.com, I expected the support process to feel a lot more organized.

"Finally found the parts I needed"
I’d been trying to track down a few cables and adapters for a while, and it was getting frustrating waiting on other sites to restock. Black Box actually had everything available, which was a relief. Ordering was simple, and I didn’t have to keep checking back over and over. Nice to finally get it all in one place. I’d use them again.
